"Lisa knows the market extremely well and was able to price and sell my apartment at a competitive price. She listened to my concerns and never tried to push me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. Lisa is dependable and resourceful (she knows great lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, etc.). She will not hesitate to go above the call of duty when needed. I would recommend Lisa for any real estate transaction. "

"We worked with Lisa to buy both of our apartments (one in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn) as well as rent out one of them. She has YEARS of experience in NYC area real estate and a strong network of contacts in the area. She was tenacious when it comes to following up with the seller agents and negotiating for us. When we purchased our first co-op apartment, Lisa went above and beyond with the co-op board to reverse their initial decision of rejecting our offer, which led to us owning our first home. During our recent apartment hunting back in May 2023, if it wasn’t for her always looking out for us and keeping an eye on both new and “in-contract” listings, we wouldn’t have gotten our new apartment on a beautiful tree line street.
In terms of the process and paper work, it was a breeze to work with her, we fully trust her expertise and were mostly hands-off while going through the buy/renting process.
We surely will continue working with her in the future.

"Lisa did an outstanding job for my apartment (coop in UWS) and new office space (condo in UWS). She always listens what your concerns is, and she actually go into the action to resolve the issue. Also, she is very professional differentiate than many other "pros". Once you start to work with her, you will find that you've got an agent working for you, not an agent who just tries to sell. She is SUPER awesome!!"

"Lisa did an excellent job managing the sale of my apartment..... and managing my nerves through the bumpy process. The market conditions were challenging and she was a true professional throughout it all. I am so happy that I chose Lisa to represent me and would do so again in an instant!"

★★★★★
"Lisa was fantastic. Extremely helpful, especially in prepping for the Coop screening process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent, resourceful and friendly realtor. 5 star experience from start to finish."

★★★★★
"Lisa was such a blessing! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely kind and compassionate guiding us through our journey as first time homeowners in NYC. We purchased a co-op apartment in upper Manhattan, and her knowledge of the process (extensive application, liaising with management company, board interview) made a complex process seem simple and seamless. She also recommended our real estate lawyer and was in constant contact with our bank rep to ensure financing was approved in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend her enough!"

About Lisa
Lisa initially got her real estate license in 2005, but decided to pursue a career as an appraiser, which gave her a more logical understanding of property. Because sales and customer service have always been what she loves most, Lisa became an agent to help ease clients through one of the most important steps in their life - buying, selling or renting a home.

Lisa is truly at her best when she is helping other people. That has been the consistent theme throughout her professional career, even while working in the beauty, health and fitness industries. Lisa previously enjoyed prominent roles including a national makeup artist and trainer for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, a business manager for Estée Lauder’s bumble and bumble, and as a certified yoga instructor (and proprietor of her own company, NYC Yoga Party). However, her passion for real estate always drew her in.

Right before becoming a sales agent, Lisa was a leasing agent at the largest property west of Mississippi, leasing over 200 apartments during her one year stint in San Francisco.

An NYC resident since 1999, Lisa resided in the East Village, Brooklyn, UWS, Gramercy and Westchester. Lisa's real estate and business experience have shaped her into a fierce negotiator and staunch advocate for her clients. Within minutes of meeting her, you'll feel confident knowing she'll do whatever it takes to get the job done well for you, in the least amount of time. Since starting on this journey in 2013, she proudly, already helped people buy and sell over $100M in real estate.
